We have been fortunate to share so many amazing memories with friends and family at our home and we hope that you do the same!

Good to know

A three-bedroom, three-bath home with screened in lanai and private pool in Marco Island. The public South beach access, Marco Walk Plaza, and several hotels are all within walking distance of your stay! Our home features a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, a twin/full size bunk bed and a standalone twin size bed in the third bedroom. Our home provides an open-concept living arrangement for the kitchen and living room. You will have a dining table for four and a bar with seating for three. The living room hosts two couches and an entertainment center. One of the couches is a pull out with a queen-sized bed. Outside you will find a two car garage filled with bikes, beach toys, and umbrellas that you are welcome to take with you in our beach carts to the beach! We do ask that all items be returned to the garage! We hope you'll find everything you need for a 5-star stay in our Marco Island Home!

House Rules

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is any time after 4pm. Before arrival you will be given the lock box code and gate code if applicable and proceed to your rental unit. Lock box will be on door and left throughout the duration of the rental. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is anytime before 11:00 am. Guest shall be liable for any damages as a result of late check-out. PAYMENT: All money is due as per the above dates through the portal or Venmo. NATURE OF USE: Guest is hereby granted a license to use the Premises. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no form of tenancy has been created pursuant to Chapter 83, Florida Statutes through Guest’s use of the premises. OCCUPANTS: Only those designated in this agreement as Guests shall occupy the unit unless written consent of Owner is obtained. Guest agrees to abide by all occupancy rules of association or other governing agency. Infants are considered an occupant. AMENITIES: Guest agrees to hold MarcoIslandGetaway, LLC harmless in the event of a failure of or non-availability of any amenity. VEHICLES: No Boats, motor homes, trailers, commercial vehicles or motorcycles, shall be permitted on the premises unless otherwise provided herein. Guests may park overnight inside the garage and in the driveway (not blocking the sidewalk). Guests may also park on the street in front of the home and in the swale until midnight. Guests may not block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway or leave your vehicle on the street in front of the home or in the swale past midnight or Guest may incur a fine up to $250/day for each violation assessed by the city. If a fine is assessed, payment is the Guests responsibility. PETS: Pets are NOT permitted unless otherwise stated and constitutes a serious violation. If an exception is made, Guest agrees to execute a pet addendum and Owner may charge a non-refundable pet fee and/or a Pet Deposit. Nonrefundable pet fees are subject to sales and tourism tax. Violation of pet policy is grounds for immediate termination of your rental with no refunds. TURTLE SEASON: Please be aware that pursuant to section 1.62.06 and 152.12, Florida Statutes, and Marco Island City Ordinance #98-4 during sea turtle nesting season. ALL exterior lights must be turned off after 9 pm or fitted with a hood or positioned so that the light sources or any reflective surfaces illuminated by such sources are not visible from the beach. Violation of ordinances protection sea turtles are subject to fines. Turtle season is May 1 – Oct 31. RIGHT OF ENTRY: Unit is not currently listed for sale. Upon 24 hours’ notice, Owner have the right to enter the unit for the purpose of showing the unit to prospective purchasers or Guests, to make repairs, or to inspect unit. Owner and/or its representatives have immediate right of entry in cases of emergency, or to protect or preserve the premises. Guest shall not alter premises or add locks without prior written consent from Owner. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Owner acknowledges the receipt of deposit is to be retained as security for the faithful performance of all of the covenants, conditions, and agreements of this rental agreement. The security deposit set forth, shall secure the performance of Guest's obligations herein. All deposits and advance rents paid by check or cash will be held in a non-interest bearing escrow account at PNC Bank. DEPOSIT REFUNDS: The balance of all deposit refunds shall be refunded within 14 days from the date of departure with a statement showing any charges made against such deposit by Owner if applicable. Deductions from the deposit include but are not limited to; long distance calls, damage to premises, electric over usage, excessive unit or carpet cleaning, and laundry (last day’s laundry is only expected to be left). This applies all guest during the period of occupancy. Any laundry overage charged to Owner by cleaning service will be the responsibility of the Guest. If deposit is not sufficient to cover expenses, Guest agrees to pay the difference to Owner. WAIVER: Waiver is provided by Guest and credit card holder whereby Owner is authorized to hold your credit card information on file. We will not charge your credit card unless it is necessary. The same rules apply as for the security deposit where we may charge your card for long distance calls, damage to the premises, excessive unit or carpet cleaning and laundry (last day’s laundry only is expected to be left). AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to rent or occupy any vacation rental home from Marco Island Getaway, LLC. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and removal from the premises. PROHIBITED USES: Only Guest and persons identified in the rental agreement as a Guest party may use or occupy any part of the premises. Guests may not invite other persons to make use of the premises or the amenities related to such premises for any reason whatsoever. Grills should only be used away from the pool screen, and not inside any other part of the premises, including without limitation, inside the house, inside the garage or on the pool deck. Guests are solely responsible for using appropriate safety precautions in using grills on the premises, and shall be liable for all damage resulting in misuse of the grill. Parents are solely responsible for supervising their children on the premises, including the pool. There is NO DIVING permitted. POOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Pool heat is complimentary during peak season from December 1st through Easter. Pool heat is NOT included on certain specials and promotions’ please refer to the special terms when reserving this home with a special discount. If you have not requested to have pool heat, but would like it added, please contact us prior to your arrival. There is an additional charge of $25 a day or minimum of $150 for pool heat from the day after Easter through November 30th. Pool heaters have electrical and/or mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Owner, Marco Island Getaway, LLC, and its Vendors, cannot be held liable for any reason for a malfunctioning heater or any other pool component. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater or pool component. Owner will rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible. FURNISHINGS AND LINENS: Furnishings of the premises are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, utensils or any other property supplied with the premises must not be taken out or transferred from one property or another. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear and tear will be charged to the Guest. Moving of furnishings inside or outside is strictly forbidden. If any furnishings need to be moved back to original placement there is a $125/hour charge to the Guest. A basic supply of linens is provided in the property. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The startup kit of hand soap, 1 toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags are not replenished. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for their own use once depleted. MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES: Guest shall be assessed Locksmith charges and Association charges, if any for each key, pass, pool tag, garage opener, lost or not returned upon check-out date and will be deducted from your security deposit. Guest agrees to pay Owner the greater of $100.00 or actual cost immediately to provide access to the unit in the event of a lock out. CLEANING FEE: Please leave beds unmade if used and last day’s sheets and towels ONLY. If a grill is on the property it is up to you to keep clean and refill tank at your expense. Other Details to Note

PARKING: We have a two car garage in our home and a driveway fit for two additional cars when you arrive. Be careful that you do not block the sidewalk in the driveway when you park. You are also able to park in front of the home during the day! BEACH ACCESS: Walking distance from your stay! The entry is across the street from the 7-11 Gas Station. There are no public restrooms at this beach access; however, Stilts Bar & Grill at the Marriott is open to the public with restrooms! POOL: The pool is treated and cleaned every week. From Dec 1 - Apr 30, the pool heater will be set at 86. From May 1 – Nov 1, the pool heater is NOT on. If you would like it turned on, please contact the owner, Drew W.. A minimum fee of $75 will be charged with an additional $25 per day after the third day. WIFI: Our home has free access to WiFi during your stay. BASICS: A basic supply of linens is provided. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during the stay. A startup kit consisting of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags is provided, but items are not replenished during the stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for their own use once depleted. KITCHEN & DISHWASHER: We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use. Along with a coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. LAUNDRY: We do have a washer and dryer inside the house. Typically, a supply of laundry detergent is provided but we cannot guarantee it. An ironing board and iron will be provided in the laundry room. BICYCLES: Bikes are available in the garage of our home. However, we cannot always ensure that the bikes will be in working order!

Neighborhood

This is the best location for people who want to get places quickly by foot! You are walking distance to beautiful South Beach, Marco Walk Plaza, several hotels with restaurants and Marco Putt Putt! Marco Walk Plaza is home to specialty shops and a variety of dining experiences! It has everything you need, ice cream, restaurants, shops and even a movie theater! The Hilton Hotel's restaurant The Deck 560 always provides spectacular views of the sunset, has a pool bar and is a nice dining option.

Fantastic place!!! Walkable distance to restaurants (our favorite was Pinchers: 2 for 1 drinks and stone crab!!), and to the beach. Thank you, Drew, for providing the beach cart and lounge chairs for the beach!! The kiddos also loved the heated pool! we had such a bad weather but we made the best of it with the games provided inside the house. Also, THREE different coffee machines (keurig, regular, and French press!!), wow!! Kitchen is very well stocked. Thank you Drew for allowing us into your home :)) we will be back!!!

Drew’s place was absolutely amazing. It was a true gem - walkable to the beach, with a pool, spacious and within our budget! The space was beautiful and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and safe and the island had everything we wanted! My parents loved Marco so much they’re looking at properties there now. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories with family that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Drew for a wonderful home!

The place was a perfect location to walk to everything we like about Marco. The house was nice and clean and the private pool was great for hanging out and relaxing. Location is close to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. Drew was very responsive and helpful. It was a great stay for me and my family. I look forward to another visit.
